We are inspired by the olden days of integrity, respect for the world around us and community. In the day-to-day craziness of life and the urge for bigger and better, we strive to move through life...well, differently.
We started our farm in 2015 with a wee bit of farming exposure and a deep desire to feed our family and community locally, cleaner and sustainably. Plus, it just tastes better...
our response to creation
God commissioned us to have dominion over the land and animals. We understand this as an honor and a great responsibility. We do our best to ethically care for animals in their life and in their harvesting. We strive to provide a safe and stress free life with fresh water and healthy nourishment.
sustainable living
We focus on working within the natural cycles and complexities of our environment, given to us by the ultimate Creator. We try to replace machine work with animal work, water minimally and keep waste within the system.

Watching the clouds take a shape. A fire pit on a summer evening. Hanging the laundry outside. Eating what is in season. Spending quality time with someone. Just stopping.
