our feast: what the gift of harvest provides
We maintain a spray-free environment, including the pasture, orchard, garden and anywhere an animal might step or a bite might grow!
We are grateful to feed all of the animals feed from Mosaic Farms in Philomath, OR. The farmers, Chris & Erin, locally source all of the ingredients and usually grind it within a few hours of our drive down.

heritage pork RETIRED
Pigs get to be pigs on our farm, whether rooting for roots, sun napping or lounging in a water wallow. They have been living on pasture since birth, foraging for grass, roots and grubs. They are given a daily supplement of no corn, no soy non-gmo feed. Throughout the year, they are often spoiled by summer apples, fall pumpkins, leftover food from Tree's Restaurant and spent grains from 2 Kilts Brewery, here in Sherwood.
The result is a succulent pork and gourmet lard.
